Water leakage problems are caused by the hose connection screw. If it’s too short, it doesn’t comply with the European EN1112 standard. The gasket cannot be compressed sufficiently to guarantee a watertight joint. This is often the case when the old showerhead you’re replacing has been purchased as a kit, complete with hose.

There are two ways to solve this problem :

1. Find another gasket to fix the non-conformity of your hose
2. Change the hose
