The packaging of your GS showerhead must be properly sealed. If this is not the case, please fill in our RMA form explaining your inconvinience.
If the content of your order does not correspond with your order, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.
You can cross-check your order online and the content of your packaging. If some of your products are missing, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.
If your GS showerhead shows signs of serious damage and/or permanent, visible scratches, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.

Understanding my GS Showerhead
The Jet-Fusion® Technology allows the GS showerheads to function efficiently with a lower water flow.
Multiple fragmented droplets traveling at a high velocity provide the same sensation of water abondance, performance, and comfort as a standard showerhead. With the GS showerheads, every drop of water is used efficiently.
Your GS showerhead box shall contain at the delivery the following parts. If one of these is missing, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.

Understanding the Installation of my GS Showerhead
Installing your GS showerhead is very simple:
1 – Dismount the installed standard showerhead
2 – Screw the GS3 into the hose
3 – Turn the water on
4 – Enjoy
Your GS showerhead fits the BSP 1/2” systems. If you have an NPT 1/2” fitting (mostly used in the United States) we advise you to buy an NPT-BSP adaptor. If the thread of your GS showerhead is damaged, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.
1 – If your GS showerhead is leaking at the connector, please check fitting compatibility, your hose condition, or if your hose gasket is missing.
2 – If your GS showerhead is leaking from the line’s junctures, you can contact us by filling out the RMA form.
Installing your GS showerhead is very simple:

Understanding my showering experience
Your GS showerheads are conceived for a wide comfort range of facility pressure. An indication of optimal comfort condition is the flow rate. The GS3 ranges between 4l/min and 6L/min; the GS1 ranges from 2l/min and 3,5L/min.
If you wish for better precision measurements you can contact us for a Gjosa Water bag. In case your measurements are not the same as our indications, we advise you to check if your facility provides enough pressure.
Not enough: Check if your filter is not clogged and/or if the cartridge is clogged with limescale. If so, you can keep clean your GS showerhead by following our GS maintenance instructions.
Too much: Kindly follow the instructions for installing a flow reducer:
1 – Remove the filter
2 – Insert the flow reducer
3 – Verify either with your finger or any other suitable object that the flow reducer is well inserted
4 – Place again the filter
You can check if the cartridge of your GS showerhead is not clogged either with limescale or accumulated dirt inside your system. If so, you can check the GS maintenance instructions.

The GS showerheads save considerable water being more subject to temperature variations. Also, like any other showerhead, you might experience variations when flushing toilets, opening tap waters, etc.
