We do not accept returns or exchanges/refunds unless the GS showerhead you purchased is defective or you have received a different color from the one you originally purchased.
If you receive a defective GS showerhead, please fill in our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the product details and the defect. Once our customer services department reviews your request and validates it, you will receive a free shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your GS showerhead must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your GS showerhead must be in the original packaging.
Your GS showerhead needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate the exchange or the refund of your GS showerhead as soon as possible.
If your GS showerhead is to be exchanged, we will notify you of the shipping date, and delivery will be as determined in our shipping and delivery policy.
If your GS showerhead is to be refunded, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If your GS showerhead is to be exchanged, the shipping cost will not be added. If you receive a refund, the cost of the 1st purchase shipping will be deducted from your refund.
